Every cheat is checked before you download it.
We are a small library, so we can afford to be slow and careful. Nothing gets listed until a person has installed it, watched what it does and written down what they found.
What we do before listing
The same six steps for every cheat, whether it is a one-person side project or a well-known tool.
We take the build from the source
Downloads come from the developer's own release page or repository — never from a mirror we cannot trace, and never re-packaged by us.
Signature and checksum verification
The installer's code signature is checked against the publisher we expect, and the SHA-256 is compared with the one published by the developer. A mismatch means the cheat is not listed.
Multi-engine malware scanning
Every file is scanned by several independent engines. A single flag is investigated by hand rather than ignored or blindly trusted — false positives are common, and we say so on the page when one applies.
Installed in a clean virtual machine
The cheat is installed on a throwaway machine and used the way you would use it. We record what it writes to disk, what it adds to startup, and whether the uninstaller actually removes it.
Network traffic inspected
We watch where the cheat connects. Update checks are fine; silent analytics, ad networks and telemetry that cannot be switched off are written on the listing so you can decide for yourself.
Re-checked on every release
A listing is not a one-time verdict. New versions go through the same steps, and links are re-tested regularly. If a check fails, the cheat's status changes the same day.
What we promise, and what we refuse
The short version, so you do not have to take the long one on faith.
Always
- Direct downloads of the developer's original file, with its size, version and date shown up front.
- The published SHA-256, so you can verify the file yourself before running it.
- An honest status — including not working, when that is the truth.
- A note on the page when a cheat collects data, needs an account or phones home.
Never
- Download managers, installer wrappers or bundled extras added by us.
- Accounts, sign-ups or email walls in front of a download.
- Paid placement. Nobody can buy a listing, a better position or a kinder review.
- Tracking pixels, ad scripts or third-party analytics on this site.
Your privacy on this site
A library does not need to know who you are, so it does not try to find out.
Found something wrong?
A bad download, a flagged file, a listing that is out of date — tell us and we will pull the cheat while we look. Reports about safety are handled before anything else.
